The aim of the training was to increase the skillful use of active methods (education through experience) working with a group, especially activity requiring physical effort, taking in the fresh air. Education through experience (outdoor) based on the development of creativity, ingenuity and sense of initiative, uses ecological and innovative ways of working in a group. Empowering participants through coaching sessions, and familiarize participants with methods to use coaching in youth work.
The aim of the project was to study the methods of outdoor education, leadership development and communication skills of youth workers, to encourage continuous personal development and the acquisition of new skills, gain work skills of the group. As well as the creation of a network of partner organizations interested in the topic.
